Challenge
Develop, expand, and guide an efficient in-house creative team to accomplish high performance and enhance their skills and abilities.
Idea
We needed to improve our approach to attract the best creative talent while also integrating new tools and processes to increase efficiency. We developed a design system to guarantee consistency and efficiency across various brands and platforms, providing a framework that standardizes visual elements such as color palettes, typography, spacing, and imagery styles.
Through partnership across business units and strong stakeholder management and acting as a core team member, we delivered frictionless experiences, personalization, testing and optimization across digital flyer and e-commerce teams.
Result
The e-commerce team drove weekly revenue of +55%, combined with notable spikes during special events of +115%. Furthermore, the launch of a new design and improved user experience led to 5x growth in site visits. This positive trend was further accentuated through the introduction of personalization throughout the website experience and email communications. This strategic implementation has consistently increased the average basket size and conversion rate, which has driven profitable bottom-line growth.
